The Christopher Companies and its partner, NVCommercial/Elm Street Development, broke ground on its new 66-unit condominium community, Dominion Heights, in Arlington, Virginia. With site demolition already underway, Dominion Heights, located in North Arlington along Lee Highway at North Monroe St., will feature a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom condominium homes, with sales slated to begin in the fall of 2011. McWilliams|Ballard has been retained as the exclusive sales and marketing agency for Dominion Heights by The Christopher Companies.
The Christopher Companies, founded in 1974, is a Washington DC based builder and developer, that since its inception, has built and/or developed over 4,200 residential homes including Morgan at McLean condominiums, Chandler Grove single families and Lee Chapel town homes. Condominium residences at Dominion Heights will be priced from the mid-$300’s and will begin marketing from McWilliams|Ballard’s Arlington branch office located at 1800 Wilson Blvd.
“With a long history of partnering with The Christopher Companies, we are pleased to be a part of the Dominion Heights team as this exciting new community gets underway,” stated Ross McWilliams, Principal at McWilliams|Ballard. “We look forward to beginning sales later this year and offering a great new product to this exciting close-in North Arlington neighborhood. We are confident that as the site demolition continues and the building construction begins, Dominion Heights will be poised for a successful sell-out.”
